【For group reservations】
・One person can make a reservation for up to three people together. In this case, all members must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each individual's account.
・Please write the names of the people accompanying you in the comments section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・Same-day cancellation fee: 50% of the plan if notified, 100% if not notified. Please make any changes by 21:00 the day before.
・Regarding lateness: If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a cancellation.
Additionally, as all rooms are private, being late may shorten your treatment time.
(If possible, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.)
※Regarding reservations: There may be overlaps between phone and online reservations. In such cases, we will contact you by phone, so please be aware in advance.
