【For group reservations】
・One person can make a reservation for up to 3 people together. In this case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comment section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the appointment time, are late, or need to cancel.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.
・For same-day or no-show cancellations, we charge 100% of the treatment fee.
・If same-day no-show cancellations occur repeatedly, online reservations may be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation.
