This is the reservation form for 【Moana SPA】 and 【Seiren】. 【Moana SPA】 offers healing and detoxification based on Ayurvedic principles, using oils and rhythms tailored to your body type. 【Seiren】 provides relief from fatigue caused by daily habits and excessive tension through all-hand massage. Guests staying at the Hotel New Awaji Group or Bankunmei members, please select 【Member/Stay】. Please enter ① the name of the hotel you are staying at and ② the full name of the representative guest in the comments section. Guests who are not staying or are not Bankunmei members, please select 【Visitor】. ※ Please be aware that selecting the wrong course at the time of reservation may result in a different payment amount. For same-day reservations, please call "0799-25-0511". ※ Even if the time or course is not available for reservation, it may still be possible to make a reservation.
