- There is no restroom in the store. Please make sure to use one before your visit.
- If you wish to specify a therapist or choose between male or female therapists, please indicate your preference in the request section.

- If you are more than 10 minutes late on the day of your appointment, it may result in a cancellation or a change in the treatment content.
- Customers who have canceled multiple times may be refused future reservations.
- We do not accept customers who have consumed alcohol before their visit.
- Pregnant women, due to potential changes in their condition, can make reservations for up to 60 minutes from the 15th week to the last month of pregnancy.
- Cancellation Policy
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations made the day before, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
