We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your reserved time as there is a reception time upon your arrival.
For cancellations, please contact us at least one day in advance.
※Regarding nomination fees
Nomination fees vary depending on the duration of the treatment.
If you wish to nominate a specific staff member, please note that an additional <Font Color="#ff0000">nomination fee</Font> will be charged on top of the reservation fee.
Up to 80 minutes: 330 JPY
81 minutes and above: 440 JPY
Gender-specific nomination: 220 JPY
※Due to system constraints, even if reservations can be made before the displayed time slots, for gender-specific nominations, or for staff members available for nomination, it may still show as unavailable.
In some cases, we may be able to accommodate your reservation, so if it shows as unavailable, please contact the store directly.
