【For group reservations】
・One person can make a reservation for up to three people together. In this case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish for different courses, please make reservations from each account.

【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of changes, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (A cancellation fee may apply for no-show cancellations.)
・Repeated no-show cancellations on the day may result in the inability to make online reservations. We appreciate your cooperation.
