・One person can make a reservation for up to two people together. In this case, all participants must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of the people accompanying you in the comments section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible in case of changes to your reservation time, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (In the case of a no-show cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply.)
・If no-show cancellations occur repeatedly on the day of the appointment, online reservations may be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation.
【Others】
・The special price for oil massage is only available for cash payments.
For payments other than cash, the regular price will apply.
