• For same-day cancellations, please contact us by phone before your reserved time. If more than 10 minutes pass without notice, your booking will be treated as canceled.
• Please be aware that arriving late may shorten your treatment time.
• For courses of 90min or longer, a 20min bath time is provided before the treatment (not included in the treatment duration). For pair guests, 30min is provided.
• Please arrive at your reserved time regardless of whether you plan to use the bath.
• If you request a specific therapist, an additional designation fee will be charged.
