We kindly ask for your understanding. ▼▽ Same‑day reservations ▽▼ Online reservations are accepted up to 1 hour before the appointment time. “Regarding Reservations” • Reservations for pregnant guests are accepted by phone only (with course restrictions). • Guests staying at Hotel New Awaji Group facilities and Bankunmei members are eligible for member/stay benefits. • Guests under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian. 　Minors may receive treatments; however, please understand that we cannot be held responsible should any physical discomfort occur. • Cancellations must be made by the day prior; same‑day cancellations incur a fee. • Visitors using the salon for day trips are welcome. • When selecting a course, choosing the wrong option may result in a different payment amount. Please take care when booking. • Phone reservations are also available (TEL:0799-25-2610). • A therapist designation fee of 1,100JPY will be charged. • Bankunmei members are exempt from the designation fee. • As multiple booking channels exist, in rare cases a reservation may become unavailable even after completion.
