[For reservations with multiple guests]
• One guest may book for up to three people together. In that case, all guests must reserve the same treatment course.
• If each guest wishes to book a different course, please make separate reservations from each individual account.
• Please write the names of the guests accompanying you in the comment section.
[Regarding late arrival or cancellations]
• If we are unable to reach you and you have not arrived within 30 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation. (A cancellation fee may apply in the case of a no-show.)
[Other important notes]
• Even if your online reservation is completed, we may need to request a time adjustment.
