[For reservations with multiple people]
・One person can make a reservation for up to 2 people together. In that case, the course will be the same for everyone.
・If you wish to have different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of the people you are coming with in the comment section.
[Regarding lateness and cancellations]
・If you arrive late for your reservation time, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible in case of changes to reservation time, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (In the case of a no-show cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged.)
・If no-show cancellations continue repeatedly on the day, online reservations may be prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation.
*An additional sheet fee of 300 JPY will be charged.
