【Regarding Lateness and Cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment time, are running late, or need to cancel.
・If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (In the case of a no-show cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply.)
・For same-day cancellations, we charge a 100% cancellation fee.
・If same-day no-show cancellations occur repeatedly, you may be unable to make online reservations. We appreciate your cooperation.
【Upon Arrival】
・The salon building is auto-locked, so please notify us via the intercom when you arrive.
