For Group Reservations
・One guest may serve as the primary contact and book for up to three people. In this case, all guests must reserve the same treatment menu.
・If each guest prefers a different treatment menu, please make reservations separately from each individual account.
・Please write the names of accompanying guests in the comment field.
Regarding Late Arrivals and Cancellations
・Arriving after your scheduled time may shorten your treatment time. For any schedule changes, delays, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
・If more than ten minutes pass after your scheduled time with no contact and you do not arrive, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation.
・For same-day cancellations, or cancellations made without contacting us, 100% of the reserved treatment fee will be charged.
