【Important Notes for Your Visit】
・You can only request a therapist who has previously attended to you. If there is no history of your previous therapist, we cannot accommodate your request, so please understand in advance. (If you are using our services through a referral, it is possible. Please enter the name of your referrer in the comments section.)
・Depending on your condition, such as being pregnant or intoxicated, you may not be able to receive a massage.
【Notes on Lateness】
・If you are unavoidably late, please be sure to contact us by <phone> before your reservation start time has passed.
If you do not arrive or contact us within 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show cancellation, so please be aware.
・If you are late, the treatment time will be shortened, but you may be charged the regular treatment fee for your reservation.
【Notes on No-Show Cancellations】
As a rule, we cannot accept reservations for future appointments. You may be charged 100% of the treatment fee for the reservation.
・We apologize for the inconvenience, but if no-show cancellations or lateness occur repeatedly, we may refuse service at all group stores. Please understand in advance.
