【Notes on Late Arrival】
・If you will be late due to unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact us by phone before your reserved start time.
If 10 minutes pass with no arrival and no contact, it will be treated as a no‑show cancellation.
・If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened; however, 100% of the reserved treatment fee will still be charged.
