【For reservations with multiple people】
・One person can make a reservation for up to two people together. In this case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish for different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comment section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your reservation, the treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (A cancellation fee may apply for no-show cancellations.)
・Repeated no-show cancellations on the day may result in online reservations being unavailable. We appreciate your cooperation.
