Regarding Late Arrivals and Cancellations
・If you arrive later than your reserved time, your treatment duration may be shortened. For any schedule changes, delays, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
・Same‑day cancellations or no‑show cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
・If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes after your reservation time, it may be treated as a no‑show cancellation.
・If repeated no‑show cancellations occur on the day of the appointment, online reservations may be disabled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Regarding Treatments and Fees
・We do not provide any sexual services.
・From 22:00 until 10:00 the following morning, only the 60min body‑care treatment is available, and the fee is 3,920JPY.
Regarding Extended Holiday Periods
・During extended holiday periods, the treatment fee will include an additional 10%. Please take note to avoid any misunderstanding.
