Precautions for Visiting

For Guests Booking for Multiple People ・One person may book for up to two guests together. In that case, all guests must select the same service package. ・If each guest wishes to receive a different service package, please make separate reservations using individual accounts. About Late Arrivals and Cancellations ・For reservations within 30 minutes, please contact us by phone. ・Same‑day no‑show cancellations incur a fee of 11,000JPY. Please be sure to inform us by 13:00 the day before. ・A 5,500JPY fee will be charged for changes made after 13:00. ・Arrivals more than 15 minutes late on the day may result in cancellation or modification of the service depending on the booking schedule.
