・One person can make a reservation for up to 3 people together as a representative. In that case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish for different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comment section.
・Due to complete private rooms, treatments in the same room are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
[Regarding lateness and cancellations]
・If you arrive late for your reservation time, the treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of changes, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive 15 minutes after the reservation time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.
・Repeated no-show cancellations on the day may result in online reservations being unavailable. We appreciate your cooperation.
・Regarding cancellations, please note that cancellations the day before will incur 80% of the treatment fee, and 100% for same-day or no-show cancellations.
