• One guest may book for up to two people together. In that case, all guests must select the same service menu.
• If each guest wishes to choose a different service, please make separate reservations using individual accounts.
• Please write the name of the accompanying guest in the comment field.
[Cancellations]
The following cancellation fees apply:
Same‑day cancellation: 100% of the reserved menu
No‑show: 100% of the reserved menu
• If we are unable to contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes after your reservation time, your booking will be treated as a no‑show.
• Repeated same‑day no‑shows may result in restrictions on using the online booking system. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• As we do not have a waiting area, please arrive between 5 minutes before and your scheduled reservation time.
• Arriving late may shorten your treatment time.
