【For Group Reservations】
・One person can make a reservation for up to two people together. In this case, all participants must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each individual's account.
・Please write the names of the accompanying persons in the comments section.
【Regarding Lateness and Cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible in case of changes to your appointment time, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (In the case of a no-show cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply.)
・If no-show cancellations occur repeatedly on the day of the appointment, online reservations may be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation.
【Regarding Treatments】
・If you are feeling unwell, are hungover, or have a chronic illness, you may be asked to refrain from treatment after arriving at the salon. Please understand this in advance.
