• One representative may book for up to three guests in total. In this case, all guests must select the same course for the reservation.
• If each guest prefers a different course, please make separate reservations from each individual account.
• Please write the names of the guests accompanying you in the comments section.
[Cancellation Policy]
• If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be treated as a No-Show Cancellation, and 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
• Repeated same-day no-show cancellations may result in restrictions on future online bookings. We appreciate your cooperation.
[Regarding late arrivals and reservation changes]
• If you expect to be late, please contact us by phone without fail. Depending on your arrival time, the treatment duration may be shortened.
• Reservation date and time changes must be made by the day prior.
