• For promotional offers currently available in our body‑care services, duplicate bookings are not permitted. Should an incorrect reservation be made, please adjust your booking course upon arrival.
• After completing your reservation, please issue your ticket from the in‑house vending machine located in front of the body‑care treatment rooms, and present it to your therapist at the start of your session (tickets are valid only on the day of issue).
• The ticket vending machine stops issuing tickets at 22:00. Guests whose sessions begin after 22:00 must issue their tickets before 22:00. Without a ticket, services cannot be provided.
• Before an exfoliation treatment, guests must bathe on their own for approximately 20 minutes immediately prior to the service.
• If you must make unavoidable changes or cancellations, please adjust your reservation yourself or contact the facility directly. Last‑minute changes or cancellations are discouraged.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your reservation time without contacting us, your booking will be cancelled.
• We are unable to provide services to guests who are pregnant, intoxicated, or suspected of having heart conditions or infectious diseases (including athlete’s foot).
• Guests with tattoos, including sticker or painted tattoos, are not permitted to enter the facility and therefore cannot use body‑care or exfoliation services.
