• The campaign currently offered for body care cannot be booked in combination with other reservations. If entered in error, please change your reservation course upon arrival.
• After completing your reservation, please issue a ticket from the vending machine located in front of the in‑store body care room before the start of your treatment, and present it to your therapist when the session begins. (Tickets are valid only on the day they are issued.)
• The ticket machine stops issuing tickets at 22:00. If your treatment begins after 22:00, please make sure to issue your ticket before 22:00. (Service cannot be provided without a ticket.)
• Immediately before your exfoliation session, you will need to bathe on your own for approximately 20 minutes.
• If you must make changes or cancel for unavoidable reasons, please process the change yourself or contact the facility. Last‑minute changes or cancellations are discouraged.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation without notice, your booking will be cancelled.
• We do not provide treatment to guests who are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or suspected of having heart conditions or infectious diseases (including athlete’s foot).
• Guests with tattoos, including sticker or painted tattoos, are not permitted to enter the facility and therefore cannot use body care or exfoliation services.
