- Once your reservation is complete, please issue a ticket at the in-house ticket machine (before body care) and hand it to the staff in charge at the start of the treatment (tickets are only valid on the day of issuance).
- The ticket machine stops issuing tickets at 22:00. If your treatment starts after 22:00, please make sure to issue your ticket by then (you cannot use the service without a ticket).
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation without notice, your reservation will be canceled.
