- From August 11 to 16, due to the busy season, course changes, additions of options, or extensions cannot be made after treatment has started at the body scrub area.
- Campaigns currently running for body care cannot be booked together with duplicate reservations. If entered by mistake, please change your reserved course upon arrival.
- After completing your reservation and before treatment begins, please issue your ticket at the ticket vending machine in front of the body care room inside the facility, and hand it to the attendant when treatment starts. (Tickets are valid only on the day of issue.)
- Ticket issuance at the vending machine ends at 22:00. (If you do not have a ticket after 22:00, you will not be able to use the service.)
- Immediately before the body scrub treatment begins, you will need to bathe on your own for about 20 minutes.
- If changes or cancellations are unavoidable, please complete the procedure yourself or contact the salon. Please refrain from doing so at the last minute.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reserved time without notice, your reservation will be cancelled.
- We do not provide treatments to those who are pregnant, excessively intoxicated, or suspected of having heart disease or an infectious disease (including athlete's foot).
- Customers with tattoos (including stickers and body paint) may not enter the facility and cannot use body care or body scrub services.
