・Once your reservation is complete, please issue a ticket at the in-house ticket machine (before body care) and hand it to the staff in charge at the start of the treatment (tickets are only valid on the day of issuance). ・The ticket machine stops issuing tickets at 22:00. If your treatment starts after 22:00, please issue your ticket by 22:00 (you cannot use the service without a ticket). ・You need to bathe for about 20 minutes on your own just before the start of the body scrub treatment. ・If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation without notice, your reservation will be canceled. ・We do not provide treatment to those who are pregnant, heavily intoxicated, or suspected of having heart disease or infectious diseases (including athlete's foot). ・Customers with tattoos (including stickers and paint) are not allowed to enter the facility and cannot use body care or body scrub services.
