- When making your first reservation, please confirm the customer information, including gender (female or male).
- Campaigns currently being offered in Body Care cannot be booked in duplicate. If a duplicate booking is made, please change the reserved course upon arrival.
- After booking, please obtain your ticket from the ticket machine in front of the Body Care room and hand it to the therapist when the treatment begins. (Tickets are valid only on the day they are issued.)
- The ticket machine stops issuing tickets at 22:00. If you do not have a ticket after 22:00, you will not be able to use the service.
- If you wish to use both Scrub and Body Care, please do not add a menu item; instead, make two separate reservations.
- Please bathe on your own for about 20 minutes immediately before the scrub treatment.
- If a change or cancellation is unavoidable, please complete the procedure yourself or contact the salon. Please refrain from doing so at the last minute.
- We do not provide treatments for customers who are pregnant, heavily intoxicated, or suspected of having heart disease or an infectious disease (including athlete's foot).
- Customers with tattoos, including stickers and body paint, are not permitted to enter the facility and cannot use Body Care or Scrub services.
