Regarding Late Arrivals and Cancellations
• If you arrive past your scheduled appointment time, your treatment session may be shortened. For any changes to your appointment time, delays, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
• If more than 10 minutes pass from your scheduled time without any contact and you do not arrive, it will be treated as a no‑show cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
• In the event of a no‑show cancellation, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
• Billing will be handled through the Payn billing system.
Regarding Advance Payment
• First‑time clients with reservations exceeding 15,000JPY may be asked to complete advance payment via the Square system.
• When making a reservation, please ensure that you register an email address where you can be reliably reached.
