【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment time, are running late, or need to cancel.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.
【Cancellation policy】
・In the case of a no-show cancellation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
