● In case of unavoidable tardiness, please make sure to contact us by phone before your scheduled time. If you do not arrive or contact us within 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.
● If you are more than 10 minutes late, the treatment time will be shortened, but the regular treatment fee will be charged.
● If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the reserved treatment fee.
● Except in cases of natural disasters or illness, if cancellations or tardiness continue, we may refuse future reservations. Please check your schedule carefully before booking.
● Pregnant women (less than 6 months) and those who are intoxicated may not be able to receive a massage depending on their condition.
