[Regarding Lateness and Cancellations]
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible in case of changes to your appointment time, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (In the case of a no-show cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply.)
・If no-show cancellations occur repeatedly on the day, online reservations may be restricted. We appreciate your cooperation.
