[For reservations with multiple guests]
• One representative may book for up to three guests together. In that case, all guests must reserve the same treatment menu.
• If each guest wishes to select a different treatment, please make separate reservations from each individual account.
[Regarding lateness and cancellations]
• If cancellations occur twice in succession, we may decline further services. Thank you for your understanding.
• For same‑day cancellations, please call us at least one hour prior to your appointment time.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no‑show cancellation.
• Cancellations made within one hour of the appointment time will be considered a no‑show.
• If you are pregnant or taking medication, please consult with us in advance.
