◆Regarding Treatments

◆For Group Reservations
One person can make a reservation for up to two people together. In this case, all participants must book the same course. If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each account.
Please write the names of the accompanying guests in the comment section.
◆Regarding Lateness and Cancellations
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment time, are running late, or need to cancel.
If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.
For same-day or no-show cancellations, a 100% cancellation fee applies, and for cancellations the day before, a 50% fee applies.
◆Regarding Hair Removal
We ask that you shave the areas you wish to have treated in advance.
If not shaved, an additional shaving fee (2,000 JPY per area) will be charged (V and I areas not applicable).
