• Same‑day cancellations, including immediate cancellations after making a same‑day reservation, as well as no‑show cancellations, will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment fee. Please be aware of this.
• Relief Master is operated by a single practitioner, so we are unable to accommodate simultaneous treatments for two guests.
• Please plan to arrive approximately five minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than ten minutes early may disturb the previous guest, so we kindly ask that you refrain from doing so.
• Please note that if you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened.
• Relief Master is located on the tenth floor. The entrance with the elevator can be difficult to find, so please call us if you have trouble locating it.
