Currently, there has been an increase in no-show cancellations from overseas customers.
Please make reservations at a time that is convenient for you.
◎Regarding Your Visit
・Please enter through the entrance with the black-walled bicycle parking.
★Please arrive '5 minutes before' your reservation time.
◎For Those Coming by Bicycle
・Enter through the automatic door and park at number 23 in the bicycle parking on your left.
◎Regarding Multiple Reservations
・As there is only one therapist, simultaneous treatments are not possible.
◎Regarding Lateness and Cancellations
★Please refrain from same-day cancellations and no-show cancellations.
Cancellations on the day of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
However, if you contact us at least one hour before the reservation time, the cancellation fee will be 1,000 JPY.
・If you are late for your reservation, the treatment time will be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible for changes, lateness, or cancellations.
