If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened.
Please be sure to contact us if you need to cancel or change the time.
(Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the reserved course amount. Date changes are not subject to fees.)
A separate nomination fee (300 JPY to 600 JPY) will be charged at the time of payment.
If you arrive early, please wait quietly in the waiting area inside the store.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, please call us once.
We do not provide services to those who are intoxicated, have severe illnesses or injuries, or are pregnant under 15 weeks.
(Entry with a wheelchair is not possible, but prior consultation is available.)
