■Regarding Reservation Cancellations and Changes
・Please request cancellations or date changes via message by the end of business hours the day before your reservation.
・For same-day cancellations or date changes, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, and future reservations may be declined.
・Course changes on the day are not possible. Refunds for treatment fees are also not possible.
・If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may change the treatment content or decline the reservation itself.
・A 10-minute delay incurs a late fee of 1,000 JPY, please contact us by your reservation time.
・A 30-minute delay incurs a fee of 2,000 JPY for same-day time changes.
■Regarding Treatments
・If no specific staff is requested, a male staff member may perform the treatment.
・Depending on staff availability, treatments on both hands simultaneously may occur.
・We cannot perform treatments on nails suspected of having diseases such as green nail.
■Regarding Repairs
・There is a free repair guarantee if you contact us within one week from the treatment date.
・Free repairs are limited to once, and design and color changes are not possible.
・After one week, repair fees will apply.
・If your natural nail cracks and breaks, repairs will be charged.
