For gift tickets, any cancellation after this period will result in the ticket being marked as used, and it will no longer be valid at our spa or any affiliated locations. For first‑time guests, a consultation form is required. Please arrive 10 minutes early. For returning guests, to ensure the best service for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes in advance. For courses of 75min or longer, the total required time includes jacuzzi use, consultation, and changing (approximately 20 minutes). Reservations for two or more guests are not automatically confirmed. Please verify availability via LINE or by phone.
