Regarding reservation changes or cancellations
Our salon reserves treatment time in advance and prepares thoroughly for your visit.
We kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation.
Cancellations made up to the day before are free of charge.
Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, and cancellations without notice may incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
However, this does not apply in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as illness or public transportation delays.
