[For reservations with multiple people]
・One person can make a reservation for up to 2 people together. In this case, both must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comment section.
・When canceling or changing a reservation via the app, please double-check for any errors in course or staff selection.
[Regarding lateness and cancellations]
・In case of cancellation, the following charges will apply to the reserved menu fee.
〇Same day: 100%
〇Day before: 80%
〇Two days before: 50%
・If you are more than 10 minutes late without contact and do not arrive, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the reserved menu fee will be charged.
・Repeated no-shows on the day may result in the inability to make online reservations. We appreciate your cooperation.
・In case of lateness, the treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the reservation time or if you are running late.
