Regarding Reservations
For Reservations with Multiple Guests
• One representative may book for up to two guests at the same time. In this case, both guests must reserve the same treatment course.
• If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations separately from each individual account.
• Please write the name of the accompanying guest in the comment section.
• When canceling or modifying a reservation through the app, please carefully confirm that the selected course and preferred staff are correct.
Cancellation Policy
• If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
• Repeated same-day no-shows may result in restrictions on future online reservations. We appreciate your understanding.
Regarding Tardiness and Reservation Changes
• If you will be late, please contact us by phone. Depending on your arrival time, the treatment duration may be shortened.
• Requests to change reservation dates or times must be made by the day before.
