【Regarding Reservations】
【For Reservations with Multiple People】
・One person can make a reservation for up to two people together. In this case, both individuals must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the name of the person accompanying you in the comments section.
・When canceling or changing a reservation via the app, please double-check that there are no errors in the course or selected staff.
【Regarding Lateness and Cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your reservation, the treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of changes, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (A cancellation fee may apply for no-show cancellations.)
・Repeated no-show cancellations on the day may result in being unable to make online reservations. We appreciate your cooperation.
