【For multiple reservations】
・One person can make a reservation for up to three people together. In this case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish for different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Depending on the reservation status, rooms may be separate.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comment section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your reservation, the treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of changes, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (A cancellation fee may apply for no-show cancellations.)
【Regarding treatments】
・As we use Refa dryers (not high temperature), depending on your hair type, it may not become straight with blow-drying or ironing.
・Depending on the reservation status, private rooms may not be available. (Excluding dry head spa)
