[Regarding late arrivals and cancellations]
• If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened. For any changes to your reservation time, late arrival, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation. Treatments after 22:00 incur an additional 10%.
• Repeated same‑day no‑shows may result in restriction of online reservations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
