◆For reservations for multiple guests
One person may make a joint reservation for up to two guests. In that case, the reservation must be for the same course.
* If you would like different courses, please make a separate reservation from each account.
◆Regarding lateness and cancellations
If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reserved time, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation. (Your time slot has been secured, so a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.)
Please note that if same-day no-show cancellations continue repeatedly, online booking may become unavailable.
After your reservation is confirmed, if we are unable to accommodate your request, we will reply by email. If you do not receive an email, please come as scheduled♪
