◆For bookings with multiple guests
A single representative may book for up to two guests together. In this case, all guests must reserve the same treatment course.
If each guest prefers a different course, please make separate reservations using each individual account.
Please write the names of the guests accompanying you in the comments section.
For group reservations, we may contact you via email in advance. If no email is received, please come to the salon as scheduled.
◆Regarding late arrivals and cancellations
If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time, your treatment duration may be shortened. For any changes to your appointment time, late arrivals, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
If more than 10 minutes pass after your appointment time with no contact and you do not arrive, it will be treated as a no‑show cancellation. (A cancellation fee may apply in the case of a no‑show.)
Repeated same‑day no‑show cancellations may result in restrictions on online booking. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pregnant guests between 16 and 36 weeks may book appointments.
We have English‑speaking staff available.
