◆For multiple-person reservations
One guest may book for up to two people together. In that case, both guests must select the same treatment course.
If you wish to book different courses, please make separate reservations from each individual account.
◆Regarding late arrivals and cancellations
If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be treated as a no-show. (As your slot is reserved, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.)
Repeated same-day no-shows may result in restrictions on online booking, so please be aware.
After your reservation is completed, if we encounter any difficulty accommodating your appointment, we will contact you by email. If you do not receive an email, please come directly as scheduled♪
