[Regarding late arrivals and cancellations]

[Cancellation policy]
• In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

• First-time customers with reservations exceeding 15,000JPY may be asked to complete advance payment via Square.
