1. The following guests cannot receive treatment.
Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, diabetes, epilepsy, malignant tumors, those who have undergone surgery within the past six months, contagious dermatitis, active skin inflammation, athlete’s foot, burns, bruises, sprains, fractures, infectious diseases, those who are pregnant, those with a fever of 37 degrees or higher, or guests under the influence of alcohol.
2. If you expect to arrive later than scheduled, please be sure to contact us by phone.
* If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes past your appointment time, your reservation will be treated as canceled.
* If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened depending on availability.
* In the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee may be charged.
