• One representative may book for up to three guests at once. In this case, all guests must select the same course.

【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
• Arriving late may result in a shortened service time. If you need to change your appointment time, are running late, or must cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
• If more than 10 minutes pass from your appointment time with no contact and no arrival, it will be treated as a no‑show. A no‑show may incur a cancellation fee.
• Repeated same‑day no‑shows may result in restrictions on online bookings. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
