• For no‑show or same‑day cancellations, a fee equal to 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
• For evening appointments, please schedule your visit at least 2 to 2.5 hours after starting dinner.
• To enhance the effectiveness of the treatment, we recommend taking a bath beforehand.
• Guests receiving facial treatments are kindly asked to arrive with makeup removed.
• Guests under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Minors may also use our services; however, please understand that we cannot be held responsible should any physical discomfort arise.
• Our salon is dedicated to relaxation services only. We do not provide any medical treatments or procedures.
