• In the event of a no‑show or same‑day cancellation, we will charge 100% of the treatment fee.
• For evening appointments, please schedule your visit at least 2 to 2.5 hours after starting your dinner.
• To enhance the effectiveness of your treatment, we recommend bathing beforehand.
• Guests receiving facial treatments are kindly requested to arrive with makeup removed.
• Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Minors are welcome to use our services, but please understand that we cannot be held responsible should any physical discomfort arise.
• Our salon is dedicated to providing relaxation services. We do not offer any form of medical treatment or procedures.
