• For reservations with multiple guests, please complete the booking for the first guest before entering the details for the second.
• If we are unable to reach you within 15 minutes of your reserved time, your appointment will be treated as canceled.
• Same‑day cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment price.
• Guests receiving facial treatments are kindly requested to arrive with all makeup removed.
• Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a guardian.
