If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made by the previous day are free of charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 50 percent of the treatment cost, and no-shows may incur a fee of 100 percent of the treatment cost. Exceptions may be made in cases of unavoidable circumstances, such as illness or public transportation delays.
