If you need to change or cancel your reservation, kindly contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made by the day before are free of charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost, and no-shows may incur a fee of 100%. However, unavoidable circumstances such as illness or transportation delays will be considered separately.
