【For Group Reservations】
・One person can represent and make a reservation for up to three people together. All members must book the same course.
・If you wish to book different courses, please make reservations from each individual's account.
・Please write the names of the accompanying persons in the comment section.
【Regarding Lateness and Cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible for any changes, lateness, or cancellations by the day before the appointment.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive 20 minutes after the appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. Please understand.
【For New Customers and Ticket Holders】
・Please note that reservations, changes, and cancellations on the day will result in ticket forfeiture.
・We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early as you will need to fill out a counseling sheet before the treatment.
・If you are using Netra Swabati, it is not available for those with dairy or wheat allergies or those with eye injuries. You cannot wear contact lenses after the treatment.
