【For reservations with multiple people】
・One person can make a reservation for up to two people together. In this case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish for different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of those accompanying you in the comments section.
【Regarding lateness and cancellations】
・If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened. Please contact us as soon as possible for changes, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (A cancellation fee will be charged for no-show cancellations.)
・Repeated no-show cancellations on the day may result in online reservations being unavailable. We appreciate your cooperation.
