■ Reservations and Cancellations
・Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your reservation may incur a 100% charge of the treatment fee.
・No-shows will be charged in full.
・If you have unavoidable circumstances such as illness or transportation issues, please feel free to consult us.
■ Arrival Time
・Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.
・If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened.
■ Health Check and Counseling Before Treatment
・Pregnant customers can be accommodated if they are in a stable period (approximately 16 weeks or later).
・You will be asked to fill out a counseling sheet before the treatment. (Available in English)
■ Changing Clothes
・We provide treatment gowns and disposable shorts.
■ Free Wi-Fi
・Free Wi-Fi is available in the store. Please ask the staff if you wish to use it.
■ Payment
・We accept various credit cards, electronic money, and QR payments.
