■ About Reservations and Cancellations
・Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the reservation time will incur a 100% charge of the treatment fee.
・No-shows will be charged in full.
・Please consult us in case of unavoidable circumstances such as illness or transportation issues.
■ About Arrival Time
・Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your reservation time.
・If you arrive late, the treatment time may be shortened.
■ Health Check Before Treatment
・If you are pregnant, we can accommodate you if you are in a stable period (approximately 16 weeks or later).
■ About Changing Clothes
・We provide treatment gowns and disposable shorts.
■ Wi-Fi Information
・Free Wi-Fi is available inside the store.
