[For reservations made by multiple guests]
- Up to three guests can be booked under one reservation by the representative. The same treatment course will apply to everyone.
- If you would like different courses, or if you wish to specify the gender of the staff member, please make separate reservations for each person.
- Please enter the names of your accompanying guests in the comment field.

When booking under "Reserve with the same details," personal staff requests, male/female staff requests, extensions, and options will not be carried over.
[Cancellations, Tardiness, and Changes]
- If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reserved time, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation, and 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
- Repeated no-show cancellations may result in online reservations being declined.
- If you will be late, please be sure to call us. Depending on your arrival time, the treatment time may be shortened.
- Please request any date or time changes at least 2 hours in advance.
[Use of Our Services]
If any abusive language, intimidating behavior, sexual remarks, or unreasonable demands occur, we may discontinue the service and decline future use of our services.
