• One guest may make a group reservation for up to three people. In that case, all guests must book the same course.
• If each guest prefers a different course, please make separate reservations from each individual account.
• Please write the names of the guests accompanying you in the comment section.
[Cancellation Policy]
• If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
• Repeated same-day no-shows may result in restrictions on future online bookings. We appreciate your cooperation.
[Regarding Late Arrivals and Reservation Changes]
• If you will be late, please make sure to call us. Depending on your arrival time, your treatment session may be shortened.
• Reservation date and time changes must be made by the day before your appointment.
