[For reservations with multiple people]
・One person can make a reservation for up to three people together. In that case, all must book the same course.
・If you wish to have different courses, please make reservations from each account.
・Please write the names of the people accompanying you in the comment section.
[Regarding lateness and cancellations]
・If you arrive late for your reservation time, the treatment time may be shortened. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible in case of changes to the reservation time, lateness, or cancellations.
・If we cannot contact you and you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the reservation time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation. (In the case of a no-show cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply.)
・If no-show cancellations continue repeatedly on the day, online reservations may be prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation.
