For reservations with multiple guests
• One guest may act as the representative and book for up to three people together. In this case, all guests must select the same course for the reservation.
• If each person prefers a different course, please make separate reservations using individual accounts.
Regarding late arrivals and cancellations
• If you arrive later than your reserved time, your treatment time may be shortened. For any changes to your reservation time, late arrivals, or cancellations, please be sure to contact us as early as possible.
• If more than 10 minutes pass after your reservation time and we are unable to reach you, and you have not arrived, the reservation will be treated as a no‑show. In the case of a no‑show, a cancellation fee may be charged.
• Repeated same‑day no‑shows may result in your access to online booking being restricted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
