[Regarding late arrivals and cancellations]
• If you arrive later than your reserved time, your treatment duration may be shortened. For any schedule changes, late arrivals, or cancellations, please contact us as early as possible.
• If more than 10 minutes pass from your reserved time and we cannot reach you and you do not arrive, it will be treated as a no-show cancellation.
[Cancellation Policy]
• In the case of a no-show cancellation, a fee of 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
• Billing will be processed via the Payn billing system.

• For first-time clients with reservations exceeding 15,000JPY, advance payment may be required through the Square system.
