1. There are times when the building entrance is locked.
・Sundays and public holidays: all day
・Weekdays after 19:00
During these times, the building entrance is locked due to security protocols.
We kindly ask you to call us upon arrival so we can promptly unlock the door for you.
2. Regarding your arrival time
For first-time guests, we ask that you arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the initial consultation form.
(If you arrive too early, we may not be able to guide you inside, so please aim for 5 minutes before your appointment.)
3. Cancellation fees
・Same‑day cancellation: 100% of the treatment fee
・Previous‑day cancellation: 75% of the treatment fee
We kindly request that if you are unable to visit on the day of or the day before your appointment, please contact us via our official Line, email, or phone (during treatments we cannot answer, so please leave a voicemail message).
